All photographs, text, design, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of Tim Trautmann unless explicitly stated otherwise. All rights are reserved. Browsing this site does not grant you a license, implied or otherwise, to use any of the work.

Watermarked display images are provided for evaluation purposes only. They may not be reproduced, downloaded, copied, distributed, or used in any project without a valid license.

Image licensing

Photographs on this site are available for licensing through the self-serve configurator or by contacting licensing@timtrautmann.com. Each license grants specific rights as described in the license agreement delivered at the time of purchase.

License terms (usage type, media, duration, territory, exclusivity) are selected at checkout and cannot be changed after purchase. If your needs change, contact us to discuss a new or upgraded license.

Licensed images may not be used beyond the scope of the purchased license. Sublicensing, resale, or transfer of licenses to third parties is prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing.

Editorial-only images

Some images are marked as editorial-only. These may only be licensed for editorial use — news reporting, commentary, education, or non-commercial storytelling. They may not be used for advertising, promotion, endorsement, or any commercial purpose.

AI and machine learning

The use of any content from this site to train, fine-tune, or otherwise feed artificial intelligence or machine learning models is expressly prohibited. This applies to all automated systems, including but not limited to large language models, image generators, and data scrapers. Crawling this site for such purposes is unauthorized.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Download, scrape, or systematically collect images or content from this site
• Hotlink images — embed them on other sites by linking directly to files hosted here
• Frame or embed pages from this site within another website
• Remove, alter, or obscure watermarks or copyright notices
• Use licensed images in a defamatory, obscene, or unlawful manner
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your passkey and recovery key. If you lose both, account recovery may not be possible. You may not share account access or transfer your account to another person or entity.

Payments and refunds

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Once a license is issued and download access is granted, purchases are non-refundable. If there is an error with your order, contact us and we will resolve it.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Tim Trautmann is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site, including but not limited to errors, omissions, interruptions, or loss of data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
